HOW TO PREPARE FOR PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST:

  • Hydrate- starting several days before

  • Personal workouts should include strength and endurance training

  • Nutrition- diet should be health focused, what you put in your body matters

  • You should show up dressed appropriately (no crop tops, short shorts, cut off shirts)

  • Presentation matters- Facial piercings should be removed, hair as well as facial hair should not look unkempt

HOW TO PREPARE FOR INTERVIEW:

  • Wear business attire- polos, khakis and button down shirts are unacceptable

  • Hair and facial hair should be not look unkempt

  • Come prepared, do your research

  • Practice your interview skills with someone you know
